The room was really comfortable. Clean sheet, beautiful furniture, nice bed and warm environment. The hostess even turned on the heater before i arrived. And also they provide toaster in the room, you can also do laundry here. It’s very good and happy to stay here.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sliding door to small patio area was a nice little touch, to make it feel more like home.
Laundry facilities are a bonus! Especially as travelling interstate this was appreciated. However, for $8 for a wash + dry you would expect the machines are not filled with piles of dust. A simple clean weekly would be must nicer for the usage of your guests.

Stayed there for a nigh, booked two rooms. The AC in one of them spit out some weird blackish material on the bed adjacent to it. I came home to realize that l left my smart electric toothbrush in a room. As is with other hotels and stays before, I emailed them and even offered to cover the postage for sending them to Sydney which they agreed but then did not send it and completely ghosted me without even responding to my recent polite emails to them for weeks now. Humanity score 0.
after complete disaster in Queenstown we booked the Motel Straham which was excellent place comparing with the last. Having a car is always handy. We went to the local pub for great dinner.
