My husband and I spent four days in Gramado in July 2023. From the beginning of our trip planning, we decided we didn't need a 5-star luxury hotel. We just wanted a comfortable bed, a good shower, and breakfast, as we planned to sightsee all day and use the hotel only for rest. And well, I believe this inn met our expectations. The shower is very good, the bed is very comfortable and has thick blankets. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which includes French bread, sliced ​​white and whole wheat bread, cold cuts, fruit, seeds, cakes, spreads, coffee, and milk—simple but functional. Regarding this last point, I would suggest a sandwich maker available to guests, as warm bread in cold weather is always a good thing! The bed linens are changed every five days (but I don't see the need for them to be changed sooner), and the towels are changed daily if requested. A maid came into the room every day to make the bed and change the bath towels. Our room had an air conditioner. It was a little broken, but it heated the room well, keeping it at a pleasant temperature at night and in the morning for getting up and getting ready. Our room also had a lovely balcony with a view of the hills (I loved it!), but I believe this only applies to the rooms on the ground floor of the inn. The access to the rooms on the ground floor of the inn is indeed unsightly, but as I said, we weren't looking for beauty, but rather some comforts that were met. The Wi-Fi worked the whole time; we had no problems. We didn't notice any dampness or mold, as many have mentioned... Anyway, I recommend staying here if you're looking for the same things we were. If you want the beauty, luxury, and amenities that a 5-star hotel offers, you'll certainly be disappointed. One note: I suggest you leave a hairdryer in the rooms. I had to sleep with wet hair every night. I couldn't bring mine because it's not dual voltage and it's 110V, and since the hostel uses 220V, it would burn out. Eu e meu marido passamos 4 dias em Gramado em julho de 2023. Desde o início da organização da nossa viagem definimos que não precisávamos de um hotel de luxo 5 estrelas. Gostaríamos apenas que tivesse uma boa cama, um bom chuveiro e um café da manhã, pois o nosso intuito era passear o dia todo e usar o hotel apenas para descanso. E bem, acredito que essa pousada supriu nossas expectativas. O chuveiro é muito bom, a cama bem confortável e com cobertas grossas, o café da manhã também gostamos, ele possui pão francês, fatiado branco e integral, frios, frutas, sementes, bolos, coisas para passar no pão, café e leite, simples mas funcional. Neste último quesito deixaria como sugestão uma sanduicheira a disposição dos clientes, pois um pão quentinho no frio vai bem! As roupas de cama trocam a cada 5 dias (mas não vejo necessidade de ser trocada antes), as toalhas trocam todos os dias se pedir. Todos os dias entrou uma arrumadeira no quarto para arrumar a cama e trocar as toalhas de banho. No nosso quarto havia um ar condicionado, estava um pouco quebrado mas aquecia bem o quarto deixando a temperatura bem agradável durante a noite e de manhã para levantar e se arrumar. Nosso quarto também possuía uma sacada bem lindinha, com uma vista para as colinas (amei!), mas acredito que isso apenas para os quartos de baixo da pousada. O acesso aos quartos de baixo da pousada realmente é feio, mas como falei, não buscávamos por beleza e sim alguns pontos de conforto que foram atendidos. O Wi-Fi funcionou todo o tempo, não tivemos problemas. Não percebemos umidade e mofo como muitos falaram... Enfim, recomendo a hospedagem SE você estiver buscando as mesmas coisas que nós, se quiser beleza, luxo e comodidades que um hotel 5 estrelas oferece com certeza se frustrará. Uma observação: deixo como sugestão deixarem um secador de cabelo a disposição nos quartos. Todos os dias tive que dormir com o cabelo molhado. Não pude levar o meu por não ser bivolt e ele ser 110v, já que a pousada é 220v iria queimar. Não sei se possuem para empréstimo na recepção, um dia cheguei 21h50 e não tinha mais ninguém lá para perguntar. Seria o único ponto de reclamação mesmo 😊
