(Original) ひと里から少し奥へ走って行くとお店がありました。付近には蕎麦の花が綺麗に咲いていてとても綺麗でした✨ お店には13:30の予約をしました。 暖簾をくぐるとスリッパがたくさん並べられ、室内は広々とした感じで、席数もかなりたくさんありました。 この時間は空いていたので、ロケーションの良い窓側のお席へ！ 海老天ぷら十割蕎麦を注文🍤❣️ 天ぷらは大盛りでびっくり！！ 海老２匹・玉ねぎ・ズッキーニ・カボチャ・サツマイモ・ニンジン・ピーマン・ナスの9品✨ サクッとパリッと美味しい天ぷらでしたが、私には途中からクドく、衣を外すなどして残してしまい申し訳なかったです。 天ぷらお好きな方には嬉しいですね☺️ そして、十割蕎麦もたっぷり✨ 蕎麦粉は地元・白鳥産蕎麦粉です。 お蕎麦にはすだちが付いてきました。 先ずは蕎麦だけいただき お蕎麦にすだちをかけていただき お蕎麦にすだちとお塩をつけていただき 最後に蕎麦つゆでいただきました。 ４種の食べ方、味比べが楽しいですね😊 お蕎麦は細挽きで優しく上品な蕎麦粉の香りと滑らかさ、コシはありました。 蕎麦つゆも甘くドクなく、さっぱりした感じだったので良かったです。 蕎麦湯は濃厚で美味しかったですよ❣️ なんともボリュームのあるお蕎麦屋さんでした。 細挽きの十割蕎麦がお好きな方には、とても満足度高いお蕎麦屋さんですよ！！
