If you searching a good place to start your trip in Fortaleza this is the best hotel for sure, room is perfect, breakfast is amazing and the view is beautiful, super recommended!
I recommend this hotel! Very sweet staff and an amazing room with all the facilities you need. The only downside was that we didn’t have a balcony to enjoy the stunning view. Besides that the pool was a bit disappointing for such a beautiful hotel. But after a 5 minute walk you have the whole ocean to enjoy :)
Hotel is good. No problem. Gym is a bit small . Pool was closed during our stay which was not nice because we had paid to use all facilities and we were never informed. Hotel can be a bit busy but otherwise it is good I would go back.

Rude staff. Junior was extremely rude to us. They lied breakfast ended at 10:30am. Got there 10:00am and was in a line to get eggs and they took them away right in front of me. Didn’t even care I had been in line waiting. Then when I was finally having the little food I was able to get (mostly bread and coffee with juice) they came by and started aggressively taking everything away without even asking. I had to stop him and he got an attitude. This was the final straw today Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 10 AM. Have been to hundreds of hotels all over the world and this has got to be one of the worst hotels EVER. Shouldn’t be rated four stars. Two stars would be kind.
My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and on the fourth day we were dropping some luggage into the car for the next day trip and we were accosted by two of the hotel employees who kept insisting we can't take our our luggage out of the room without first checking out. They kept yelling and whistling at us and even followed us outside. I almost had to call the police. What's even worse, when I told this to the hotel manager he just gave me a blank stare and said "ok". No apology or anything. We've traveled all over the world and have never been treated this way anywhere. For the kind of a hotel they present themselves to be it's an absolutely outrageous behavior. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
