The staff seemed unfamiliar, and I received contradictory answers (whether or not they had vegan cake or whether or not they could let the dog roam free). The restaurant only opens at 4 p.m. Vegan options are limited. Prices are similar to other restaurants in town. I didn't feel like I had a typical boutique hotel experience. We asked for the room coffee to be refilled, but it never arrived. I asked for the massage catalog, but it never arrived.

A pousada é linda mas fiquei com a impressão de estar com poucos funcionários. Os funcionários pareciam não conhecer tudo e tive respostas contraditórias (se tinha ou não bolo vegano e se podia ou não deixar o cachorro livre). O restaurante abre só às 16h. Fraco em opções veganas. Preços similares aos restaurantes da cidade. Não senti a experiência típica de hotel boutique. Pedimos reposição do café do quarto, nunca veio. Pedi o catálogo de massagem, nunca veio.
