The newly modernized and the new rooms were an ideally located, clean, and secure basecamp for our Pipa Experience.
The new owner did an admirable job, in my opinion. Crossing the street and walking in the ocean without stairs is a rare option in Pipa.
Would go back. Great place. Very comfortable and quaint
Besides not being safe (someone that was with me had their cell phone stolen), the rooms weren't very clean. The sheets and air conditioning were very dusty, my sister instantly had a sinusitis crisis whenever we turned the AC on. Also, the shower was very small in our room, you could hardly move inside the box.
The only thing that was good for us was the location, which is right in front of the central beach.
