We arrived at the hotel expecting to find what the pictures offered instead our room was extremely small and was barely enough room for two people. The "infinity" pool was tiny, and not an infinity pool. In addition, after we had paid for our room in full online prior to arriving, when we checked out we were charged extra for "provided services". There was no disclosure upon check in about additional payments expected for "provided services". We enjoyed our time in Ubatuba but will never be returning to that hotel again.
Nice place, full of beautiful people and excellent options to enjoy a single day or your full vacations. The kiosks serve good beach snacks (fish, shrimp, and the like) and typical drinks like caipirinha or a cold beer while you enjoy the sun. There are also some small restaurants, snack bars and ice cream parlors close by and a nice little mall not too far. It may be hard to find a parking spot or even a table at the kiosks in the summer or hot holiday weekends, but the place and the view are still worth it.
