Nice hotel with in room bathrooms (rare in this area). Small bar area. Delicious breakfast for an extra charge, around €8, totally worth it. Mini fridge, coffee maker, shave kit, safe, & soap all in room. Steakhouse next door, 2 grocery stores, & a Burger King in walking distance. Downtown Ferrara is 10-15 minute drive.

Stayed for 3 nights which was comfortable and quiet Positives: Excellent staff from reception breakfast and cleaning of room Great breakfast - suggest early as on one occasion little left BUT requested boiled eggs and no hesitation in providing Suggestions: Wifi was dropping out and long delays connecting (spoke to staff and was surprised but will look into it with provider) needs sorting out Transport (bus) from hotel to city (2Kms) is very slow 30-40 minutes wait and no service after 8.30pm! Taxi from hotel to Castello around 10€ PS Roadhouse resturant next door provides a wide range menu - not bad Close to Aldi if food / toiletries shopping required Thank you Best Western staff!

Reasonable priced hotel with large rooms and good breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful (international). Quite ok hotel for short stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is commendable. The fitness area is very small and sparsely set up with very old gym equipment (needs desperately renovation). The staff is accommodating and very helpful.

Apart from stains on the rug, my room was clean. Good breakfast. Situated at a busy road not far from a noisy factory but ok with window closed. You're back on the motorway within a few minutes. 35-minute walk to the city centre. Significant negative aspect: disgracefully overpriced - don't know if those were the regular rates or due to the Bruce Springsteen concert which took place when I stayed there (May 2023). Had to transfer the full rate in advance with no chance of a refund if I cancel my trip due to illness etc. Update: having just checked your regular rates, I have to say that the concert-related price hike was totally out of proportion. I certainly won't return.
