Rooms serviced every day - very clean and well maintained.
Pool area could do with a bit of tlc - but you are opposite the beach.
Busy outside in the evenings- feels safe to stroll around on the promenade.
Would reccomend. Breakfasts not entirely to my taste- fruit was delicious.
I had a great time at this hotel, I booked for a week vacation in Fortaleza and ended up extending it due loving the city and how well they treated me there. Big shoutout to Rafael and Iran who were so friendly and respectful.
I definitely recommend this hotel, plus its literally in front of the beach. 5 stars Beira Mar I’ll definitely staying here again whenever I go back to Fortaleza.
The hotel is good, has a very nice view from the beach, it is close to the evening fair. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good but I had better breakfasts in this city. I just didn't like that the room doesn't have by default a blanket or something similar (I don't like sleeping just with sheets) and the outside noise in the evening.

For those sensitive to noise at night or seeking quieter stays, consider requesting a room away from busy streets or higher floors.
To enjoy better views while using amenities like pool or whirlpool area on ground level without much view visibility issues due to surrounding structures.
If looking for specific room features like balconies or blankets (if not provided by default), communicate preferences during booking for accommodation arrangements.
Consider ordering custom-made breakfast items like fresh eggs or tapioca if seeking more variety than what's offered in standard buffet selections.
Reviews
Hotel Beira Mar in Fortaleza offers a mix of positive and negative reviews. Guests appreciate the daily room servicing, cleanliness, and maintenance of rooms. The hotel's location opposite the beach is highlighted as a major plus, despite some mentioning that the pool area could use improvement. Visitors find it safe to stroll around on the promenade in the evenings. While some guests enjoy the breakfast with delicious fruit, others feel it could have more variety or be improved. Positive aspects include comfortable and clean rooms with great views from higher floors, easy access to local attractions like street markets, friendly staff members like Rafael and Iran receiving praise for their service, and convenient parking options. However, there are criticisms about outdated facilities dating back to the 80s in need of renovation, occasional noise disturbances at night outside the hotel due to its central location near bustling streets filled with restaurants.

Such a pleasant hotel, not like the big ones but nice and comfortable. Didn't get a room (work event in my home town) but the common areas were very clean and pretty. Hotel staff always nice and supportive. The hotel has a pool and a Jacuzzi near it. The restaurant (at least the one I had lunch) had nice meals and a great look to the beach. Location is excellent, just in the middle of the main avenue, by the beach. Easy access to a very famous local street market. Also easy public transport access.
Great location. Convenient and safe parking. Room was clean and cozy a bit on the smaller side. Amazing view from the 6th floor. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated.
Great breakfast really good food.
At night the street is always packed specially on the weekends. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants.
