If I come back to Rosario, would always stay there! Lots of restaurants around, 10 min walk from river Paraná.
The quality of the people working in this hotel and the service is the absolute best I’ve ever seen. Special thank you to Franco, who helped me recover a large amount of money from a taxi who had overcharged me. He was professional and polite with the taxi company and had them bring back the money. Great experience.
Worlds worst check in, like checking in in the stone ages - need to fill in a form and then they process that for about 10 minutes, not sure why a holiday inn is still working like this - stay elsewhere.
Lifts are also horrific - this whole hotel is a mess

Lifts are also horrific - this whole hotel is a mess
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, conveniently only a few blocks away from the riverbank and the commercial center of the city. It has pretty much everything you need for a great stay - except a restaurant. This is mildly annoying as you need to go to the other holiday Inn a couple blocks away, but nothing that would worsen the experience significantly.
The staff was extremely helpful and solved many small issues I had. The area was very quiet, never had trouble sleeping!
The stay was great. A bit noisy but bearable. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff treated us like we wanted to be treated. The food wasn’t something to brag about. They can improve a big deal on the food and cuisine. The breakfast buffet was outstanding but it had sweet pastry every morning which became too much after the 7th morning there. Overall it was a good and relaxing stay.
