The best food drinks and very clean place love it the workers are amazing very friendly
Cons: it's not the place to go to the beach. Lunch at the main restaurant runs until 3 pm but if you arrive at 2:30 pm, there is no food replacement.
Pros: the all inclusive is pretty good. Almost all staff were super kind. Good infrastructure for traveling with children.
We were a group of five couples with children who booked your hotel, making five separate reservations with five different credit cards. Despite this, the hotel canceled all five bookings without any explanation. As a result, each couple incurred a cost of €70 (420 BRL), totaling €350 (2,100 BRL) for the group.
When we arrived at the hotel—two months after our original booking—we had to pay the full amount again: 11,000 BRL. Due to the appreciation of the Brazilian real, this ended up costing us an additional €120.
The hotel’s policy of canceling online bookings and requiring payment at the reception resulted in extra costs of approximately €200 (1,200 BRL) by couple and €1,000 (6,000 BRL) overall, its a huge amount due to a hotel policy not previously explained.
If you’re booking from outside Brazil, we strongly advise against choosing this hotel chain.

Only 2 days in the resort. Delivers decent service and accommodations. Still having issues with the hot water supply in my room, but hoping that it will be solved.
