Delmond Hotel

Good cost/benefit for business trip. Rooms with good space, shower is one of the best parts and breakfast with good options.

My experience with Delmond Hotel was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation through their website, but the system changed the dates without my consent. This resulted in an unauthorized charge to my credit card. Despite immediately contacting the hotel and explaining the issue to the receptionist upon check-in, they completely ignored my complaint. No one followed up or took any steps to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, one of the phone numbers listed on their website doesn’t even work. It’s nearly impossible to communicate with them, and their lack of professionalism is unacceptable. This hotel’s customer service is terrible, their booking system is unreliable, and they clearly have no respect for their guests. I strongly advise against staying at Delmond Hotel

I nevar Even went t Thare, and I found a charge from my credit card unauthorize'd and now I am going to show up and Enjoy the night that I payed for . You will be seeing me soon and I expevt the Nice room you charge'd me for now . I would like a bottle of Shampane . With my free room or wait i actually Payed for it since you Charge'd me fore it with out my consent. Actually I dont want that shampane I want a red wine in Stead . Thaks

One night stop over stay. Arrived late Hotel caters more for business ppl. Disgraceful service at breakfast today 14th March - waited and waited for hot water for tea, lady in charge completely dismissive and ignored my request (tea bags with no hot water readily available) I watched as others familiar to staff came in and were served various hot drinks ) We made formal complaint to food beverages manager Not happy and was discriminated This hotel not really set up for Europeans I would not recommend

Nice hotel Eentrance/lobby: Very big lobby with a modern touch. Staff is friendly, but especially outside 'normal' hours it's difficult to find an English speaking clerk. Takes a while to get checked in or out though. For some unclear reason me and my colleagues all received a room for disabled persons with the remark the hotel was 'full', never saw a huge crowd... We all got a normal room after 2 nights Room: Nice and comfortable room, everything you need is available without exceptions, but also without pleasant surprises or a special touch. The bed is amazingly very good, I've been in dozens hotels, but never had such a comfortable bed with nice, clean and very soft sheets! Bathroom is very good, with a shower that will (or can) blow you away with the force of the water, nice! Restaurant - breakfast : Nice choice of different food, real fresh (!) fruit juices, sweet pastries,... Only remark here is the strange scrambled egg, that could use some improvement Restaurant - dinner: We were here almost alone,,so almost a personal service, food choice is somehow limited but the quality is excellent! All in all a very good hotel
