Everything about our stay at Lancaster Hotel was smooth and easy. The concierge was super helpful and spoke excellent English – he was honestly amazing, and I wish I knew his name so I could give him the recognition he deserves. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were given loads of useful information straight away. The keycard door system was a nice modern touch we always appreciate.
The hotel is well located in the centre of Curitiba, making it easy to get around. We loved the flexible midday check-out and the option to leave our luggage at reception for the entire day after checking out – a huge help when travelling. The room itself was excellent for the price (155 BRL for a twin): clean bathroom, hot shower, comfy beds, and plenty of space. For a 4-star hotel and the quality you get, this is an absolute steal at that price - The only small thing is that the decor felt a bit dated, but honestly, it didn’t affect our experience at all.
That said, would I stay again? Absolutely. For the price, location, service, and comfort, this hotel was outstanding. Look no further than here if you’re visiting Curitiba. A deserved 5* stay.
Stayed for 2 nights, room had a mouldy smell, bed sheets where kind of clean, AC unit is old (as most of them in Brazil) not cleaned or disinfected, curtains had a visible line of mould. Shower head and water line working like 50+ years ago. General old hotel with old furniture and would not recommend further. Does not matter the value of the room. Hygiene/ cleanliness should be a standard and a bare minimum!

Very nice hotel. A bit old but room is spacious and the location is great. Breakfast well served but with few hot options.
