We had an amazing starting of our trip in Brazil in this hotel , the service was very sympathy and make us great recommendations to dinner the beach in the front is amazing but we don’t fell that security like in the others hotels .. food was great and breakfast super good! Pool bar served us very good drinks! Rooms are great and big with great balcony! Thanks all the hotel for the hospitality and stay we can’t wait to come back soon 🥂🤩🤩👍👍
The hotel had its glory days years ago. Now, it desperately needs updates and renovation. The rooms are spacious, but it's clear the deteriorating state of the furniture, paint and utilities.
The service is confusing and slow, and the food doesn't impress.
Yet it's pricey for what it delivers.
First, let me start by saying the area around the hotel looks like the south Bronx did in the 1980’s. This beach and this part Fortaleza should be avoided at all cost. The pictures of the room are false advertising as the rooms are very small. The staff was very unhelpful in fixing our door lock problem and we had to go to front desk to get our door open every time. They also charge us a service tax at check out which was not part of our booking.com reservation. I am a diamond Hilton member and Marriot Titanium member and have never had an experience like this in all the years of travel. Anyone thinking of booking this hotel do not please pick Cambuco beach or the beach with the Holiday Inn in Fortaleza area.
I never write reviews but I feel like I had to to advise people of not making the mistake of staying at this property.

We enjoyed our stay as a couple very much, as well as with our families who joined a few days later. Very kid-friendly, but also fun activities for adults! We also had an amazing photoshoot with Papa Razzi, located in the hotel, and we had a wonderful photographer who also speaks conversational English so that was very comforting. This hotel is perfect for the tourists who want a relaxed vacation in a quiet neighborhood.
Great location. This is the third time at this hotel. Our biggest disappointment was the service at the service and the food at the restaurant. Very slow, the servers didn't know anything, and the food was terrible. The pizza was an enchilada shell with cheese. We waited for 20 minutes for a Guarana.
