On the right day, that is not too much wind, this is a perfect sweep of beach all the way round to the mouth of the Pambula River.
Play and picnic in the park, but you have to walk the beach to feel the energy of the place.
BBQ's, covered seating areas, shade sails, part of a big oval, 50m to a safe ocean beach. All abilities playground with many activities.
