We were strolling in that area on our way back from the Ver-O-Peso market. The waters were receding at the Açai and Fish boating area, and the trash accumulating by the bay ramp. The clock square has not much to see. The sidewalks are cracked and benches slimy and dirty, as are the grassy areas. A drive by is sufficient.
