They didn’t let me bring it in, they created hysteria - they say it’s impossible, we check excise taxes, etc., etc. although they carried 3 bottles of champagne - apparently there is no need to check excise taxes there. We say - sell vodka at a banquet price - no, pay 8500!!! per bottle, far from the Luxury segment! The director behaved disgustingly! The level of customer focus is zero, just to make money on you and then she is no longer interested in anything. The administration has a split personality - we brought your champagne, but we can’t bring your bottle of vodka BEFORE the start of the banquet, it’s prohibited!!! As a result, we were told that this was your manager’s fault. she will send you her apologies))) The menu is delicious, the portions of meat and fish are small. The room is beautiful and cozy. There was a separate buffet area where you could sit quietly, relax and chat. The waiters are great, especially the girl whose name seems to be Yulia. I recommend visiting, but having clearly written down all the nuances in the contract with the manager. I give it a three for the attitude of the director and administration towards guests. Менеджер попросила привезти алкоголь заранее, охладится. При этом никакого предупреждения со стороны менеджера о том, что в день банкета принимать алкоголь не будут не было, в договоре этот факт, естественно не отражен. По итогу часть алкоголя - в размере 2 бутылок!!! внести не дали, устроили истерию - мол нельзя, мы акцизы проверяем и тд и тп. хотя шампанского 3 бутылки пронесли - там видимо акцизы проверять не надо. Говорим - продайте водку по цене банкетной - нет, платите 8500!!! за бутылку, далеко не сегмента Люкс! Директор повела себя отвратительно! Клиентоориентированность уровень - ноль, лишь бы навариться на Вас и дальше её уже ничего не интересует. У администрации раздвоение личности - от мы пронесли Ваше шампанское, но вашу бутылку водки ПЕРЕД началом банкета ну никак никак не можем пронести, это запрещено!!! По итогу нам сказали - это косяк Вашего менеджера. она пришлёт вам свои извинения))) По меню - вкусно, порции мясо-рыбы маленькие. Помещение - красивое, уютное. Была отдельно фуршетная зона, можно было посидеть спокойно отдохнуть, пообщаться. Официанты - молодцы, особенно девушка, вроде Юля зовут. К посещению рекомендую, но чётко прописав с менеджером все нюансы в договоре. Тройку ставлю за отношение директора и администрации к гостям. Все 2 бы поставила, но вечер у нас был все таки хороший.
