前回は平日のお昼に来て刺身定食が美味しかったので今回は家族を連れて日曜のお昼時に来店しました。
店内は沢山のお客さんがおられ2組ほど待っておられましたが相席だとすぐ座れるとのことだったのですぐに着席できました。
妻と子供と来店し日替わり定食、刺身定食、ラーメンを1店ずつ注文しました。
ラーメンが一番初めに出てきて子供でも食べられる優しい味わいでスープがあっさりとして美味しく食べられました。
次に写真の日替わり定食が出されました。
結論から言うとアジのサイズはそこそこで厚みもあり見た目は抜群でしたが食べてみると生臭さとウロコが大量に残っており処理がかなり甘かったです。
食べられないほどの臭みではありませんでしたがおそらく鮮度の悪いアジだったのかと思います。
ウロコが取りきれていなかったのは店内が混雑していたので調理でバタバタしていたのでしょうが個人的にはお客に提供できるレベルではなかったので非常に残念です。
次に子供と自分が食べている間に妻の刺身定食が来る予定でしたが運ばれてきたのは日替わり定食でした。
頼んだのは刺身定食だと伝えて作り直してもらうように伝えてしばらく待つとあろうことか自分達よりあとに入店した若いカップルが頼んだ刺身定食がこちらより先に配膳され妻の頼んだ刺身定食は運ばれてきませんでした。
時間も遅くなったのでキャンセルしてお会計にしたのですがしまいには食べてもいない刺身定食の料金まで請求されそうになり配膳係の店員さんが女将さんに指摘してその分は払わずに済みましたが配膳を間違えたことも食べていない定食の料金を払わされそうになったことも謝罪なしでした。
流石にありえないので一言二言物言いさせてもらいましたがもう金輪際来ることはないでしょうね。
他のテーブルのお客さんの注文も間違えて各テーブルに聞いてまわってましたし隣の席のお客さんが頼んだ刺身定食の魚にもウロコついてたみたいです。
忙しくて手が回らないくらいなら店員さんを増やすなりオーダーする時にテーブル番号と注文をしっかり書くなりしないとダメだと思います。
それと室内の照明が切れてつけ直してましたがかなり暗くなっていて少し経って気づいたのか無言でもとの明るさに直していて他のお客さんもびっくりしてました。
いくら忙しいからといっても調理の手抜きは論外です。
自分は魚捌き、魚料理全般やりますが普通に気を使っていたらこうはなりません。
海の近くにあって雰囲気や眺めはいいのに残念すぎます。
