Upon entering, my one-and-a-half-year-old child, seeing the play area, headed there. Before we had time to take off her shoes, the employee sharply and rudely shouted a demand to do so. This scared the little girl to tears. 2. Instead of playing with the children or at least keeping an eye on them, the employee sat on her phone the whole time and wrote something in a notebook. 3. When I, trying to calm my daughter down, politely asked the employee to leave the room for a while so that the child would stop being afraid of her and could play, I received an aggressive refusal. The woman shouted that this was her workplace and was not going to go anywhere. Her screaming brought my daughter to a full-fledged hysteria. As a result, we had to leave the cafe without even waiting for our order. The child calmed down only in the car. Conclusion: a complete lack of customer focus, understanding of child psychology and simply human sympathy on the part of this employee. A children's room is not a furniture warehouse, but a place where welcoming and friendly staff should be. I categorically do not recommend this place to families with small children. The manager urgently needs to work with this young lady. We will never set foot here again.
