Sakıp Usta Paça Beyran Kebap is a popular restaurant in Gaziantep, known for its laborious and delicious local meat and rice dish called Beyran. The dish requires great skill and mastery as the meat and marrowbones are slow-cooked for 10-12 hours before being chopped into pieces. The saucer is then filled with boiled rice and chopped meat, oiled with tallow or without oil based on preference.

This is the best Place to Go in Gaziantep. Best Food, beste Künefee in the world and an exzellent Service. Whenever you are in Gaziantep Go there! Cihat Celik and Dilara are top of the Pops🤩
I came here to try their famous soup. As someone who isn’t from Turkey, I actually enjoyed it—it was my first time tasting this style. However, my Turkish family wasn’t impressed and rated it about 3 stars. The portion was surprisingly small for the price; it came to nearly $8 USD for a single small bowl, which felt higher than expected. Worth trying once for the experience, but keep the price and portion size in mind.

Reviews
Sakıp Usta Paça Beyran Kebap in Gaziantep has received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in the quality of the food and service, while others highly praise the dishes and atmosphere. One reviewer mentioned issues with uncooked beef, high prices, and poor treatment of tourists. On the other hand, loyal patrons commend the fantastic Beyran and Antep Paça dishes infused with perfect spices. The impeccable service, including going out of their way to accommodate special requests like providing milk not on the menu for dessert, adds to the positive experience at this restaurant.

It doesn’t deserve Even 1 star, beef wasn’t cooked at all, I ordered Küşleme, blood was still on it and it seems you are eating a plastic, they will never give you a menu, so how I will know the prices! Yes this is the way how they will change you, depend who you are, more than that the prices is really crazy for a grilled beef, Beyran wasn’t good at all too much salt and rice was hard...at the cashier he was going charge me more than I ordered ( this is happening all the time in Turkey) , so make sure to ask for your receipt always... they don’t have the culture to treat tourist and guests, but they will just look for local customers, because they know you are coming here once, so just want you to pay.
Worst part you can see at the pictures attached how they throw the foods
I really liked the food and it tastes good.
But the service was really bad. They couldn't wait until we literally finished our plates and we're ready to clean the table.
