Great personal and food.. I've been trying Șirdan for the first time, and it was good.. Chewy but good
Getting good bumbar here is a pot luck, some days it is great some days it is average. It is a restaurant setting so it is much better to eat here than a fly by night food stand. They need to develop their service standards so you don’t feel being rushed out the door. They need to change the mindset of serving fast is a virtue. People want to enjoy their meal and not feel rushed.

Love the mumbar dolma it was so good I ordered a second
Absolutely perfect. Especially when you got drunk, before going back to home, go and order a "Paça çorbası" .
