Previously, we visited the other two and had a very pleasant time, enjoying everything: from the room to breakfast and service in general, so we came here to Murom from Moscow specifically to relax for a couple of days before the New Year, because we already understand what quality of service we expect from the network and were very excited about it. In fact, they didn’t reach that same level.. The cost of a night is 11,500, while in other cities in hotels of this chain it is 7-8 thousand, so we thought that everything would be even better here. The room is nice and minimalistic, but on the 4th floor the wi-fi is barely available. Two sticks out of five. Sort of... It’s cool that throughout the chain they have the same parquet flooring in their rooms, hair dryers of the same brand, a speaker with Alice, etc. Everything is already familiar) Breakfast compared to their hotels in other cities is absolutely nothing. Oak cheesecakes (I tried them on both days - I thought maybe on the first day they just didn’t come across very well - but no, and on the second they were dense, hard and absolutely not tasty, a dry cold omelette, somehow everything was very meager.. A plate of cold cuts with three types of sausage, an always empty cheese plate. The only drinks were milk, water and juice. It was a shock to me that we came to breakfast. 9:45 (breakfast from 8 to 11), we poured ourselves one last glass of juice for the four of us (we poured it in half for the children), waited until they brought more. The decanter stood empty for 20 minutes. We drew the attention of the staff to this - they replied that there was more juice. there will be no... 9:45.. there is nothing left for children except water... There is no porridge... In the previous two hotels (I have reviews on my page) I ate the best porridge in my life, but here it is no good... exactly what is in the hall - no... The portion size is normal. And nothing tasty for coffee( In general, we travel a lot around Russia with small children and almost always the children have their bed made with a waterproof mattress cover (oilcloth with an elastic band). This is a safety feature for individual mattresses. It costs a penny, but it’s really a very necessary thing. She wasn't here. Fortunately, we took ours with us, but we sincerely advise the management to think about purchasing a set for the hotel. There are many holidaymakers with children. And mattresses cost much more than diapers :) Let me remind you: 11,500 per night. A month ago we were in a hotel on the lake with the name of a famous Russian sparkling wine (I don’t write the name so as not to think it was competitors or advertising) - a room there cost 14,500. It included a swimming pool, spa, unlimited tuna and sparkling wine for breakfast... In general, we expected more from Murom, or something comparable to other hotels in their chain. We were disappointed. And, if anything, in room 408 there is chewing gum stuck to the left curtain. Apparently some guests before us really liked fresh breath, but not very cleanliness. Ранее мы побывали в двух других и очень приятно провели время, получив удовольствие от всего: от номера, до завтрака и обслуживания в целом, поэтому сюда в Муром приехали из Москвы специально ради того, чтобы пару дней перед новым годом отдохнуть, ведь мы уже понимаем какого качества сервис ожидаем от сети и были очень в предвкушении него. По факту же того самого уровня не добрали.. Стоимость ночи 11.500, тогда как в других городах в отелях этой сети она составляет 7-8 тысяч, поэтому думали что здесь будет всё даже лучше. Номер симпатичный минималистичный, но на 4 этаже wi-fi ловит еле еле. Две палочки из пяти. Такое себе.. Прикольно что во всей сети у них в номерах один паркет, фены одной и той же марки, стоит колонка с Алисой и т.д. Все уже привычное) Завтрак по сравнению с их отелями в других городах - прям никакой. Дубовые сырники(попробовала в оба дня - думала может в первый день просто попались не очень - но нет и во второй они были плотные твёрдые и абсолютноне вкусны, сухой холодный омлет, как то все очень скудно.. Тарелка мясной нарезки с тремя видами колбасы, вечно пустая сырная тарелка. Из напитков только: молоко, вода и сок. Шоком для меня было то, что на завтрак мы пришли в 9:45(завтраки с 8 до 11), на четверых мы налили себе один последний стакан сока(разлили детям пополам), ждали пока принесут ещё. Графин простоял 20 минут пустой. Мы обратили на это внимание персонала - они ответили, что сока больше не будет... 9:45.. из напитков для детей кроме воды не осталось ни-че-го... Каша никакая.. В предыдущих двух отелях(отзывы есть у меня на странице) я ела лучшую кашу в своей жизни, а тут она никакущая... именно та, что стоит а зале - никакая.. Порционная норм. И ничего вкусненького к кофе( Вообще, мы много путешествуем по России с маленькими детьми и практически всегда детям застелают постель с непромокаемым наматрасником(клеенкой на резинке). Это безопасность для отдельных матрасов. Стоит копейки, но реально очень нужная штука. Здесь её не было. Благо мы захватили с собой свою, но от души советуем руководству задуматься о приобретения комплекта для отеля. Отдыхающих с детьми много. А матрасы стоют намного дороже пелёнки :) Напомню: 11.500 за ночь. Месяц назад мы были в отеле на озере с названием известного российского игристого(название не пишу, чтобы не подумали что конкуренты или реклама) - там номер стоил 14.500. В него входил бассейн, спа, на завтрак был безлимитный тунец и игристое.. Ожидали в общем, мы от Мурома большего, ну или соответствующего другим отелям их сети. Разочаровались. И, если что, то в номере 408 на левой шторе прилеплена жвачка. Видимо какие-то гости до нас очень любили свежее дыхание, но не очень чистоту.
