The lamb meat was tender and delicious. Muammer Usta also has an excellent selection of delicious desserts that are a must try after your meal.
Great place to try the traditional local food: Cağ kebabı, a horizontally stacked marinated rotating lamb kebab. Actually there is no menu you just seat and they start to serve until you have enough. After the food you should finish with the local sweet Kadayif Dolmasi. Nice and friendly staff.

Tasty and simple ! No need to look for a menu. The service is impeccable. You get a complimentary salad and other sides as soon as you sit down. Your cag kebab arrives swiftly afterwards. Great place to enjoy Erzurum’s most famous kebab.
