My girlfriend and I shared a wonderful dinner here. The atmosphere is rustic, but very fitting and you have a great view of the harbour and the ocean. The fresh fish is great as is the service. We will come here again :)
We went for dinner. They accept only cash so we had to take out cash from the nearby atm first. We ordered fish specials dishes. They came with roasted potatoes. The fish also came with a side of salad and a sauce. The sweet and sour taste of the pickled fish was too sweet for my palate. Fish soup was also not to our liking. In all its was okay. Also you get a feeling of the boat moving so if you have sea sickness then you can rethink about visiting this place.
The ship is classy. The food is delicious. The server was extremely friendly. It's located right on the harbour. A reservation was not needed. I am reducing the rating just beacuse they don't accept cards as a means of payment. Make sure to bring cash along with you.

The Gaststättenschiff - „MS Manfred“ offers a unique dining experience on a classy ship located in the Sassnitz harbor. While some reviewers found the food to be basic with dishes served in grease, others praised the delicious fish specials and pickled cabbage selections. The atmosphere is rustic yet fitting, providing great views of the harbor and ocean. Service was noted as friendly and efficient, although payment is accepted only in cash. Overall, it's a charming spot for fresh fish at a reasonable price.

The boat is located out on the extended pier in the Sassnitz harbor. The menu has a variety of fish prepared mostly fried or pickled, and a handful of other German dishes. The highlight of the meal for me were the pickled cabbage selections and fries. The fact that fries were a highlight says something about the food in general, which is that we found it pretty basic. The fried fish had bones (without being one of the ones called out for having bones), and the schnitzel was quite hard to saw through, even with a knife. The servers seemed super busy, even when the restaurant wasn’t very full. Also, both our dishes were served in an actual puddle of grease, which made the food quickly soggy and not very appetizing.
Nice service, they are very friendly.
I was disappointed with the food, we got the fish mix,it includes two big paces of the three types, I would prefer more types and smaller portions and better cooked or with more flavor.
