Hoy hemos repetido, hace un tiempo desde la ultima vez, el tartar era un 70% alga wakame, unos dados de salmón y otros de mango, el arroz de las piezas sin ningún tipo de sabor, arroz blanco (sin mas), si aderezo típico del sabor característico del arroz empleado en este tipo de cocina (o al menos tan diluido que no he sido capaz de percibirlo), el relleno de las giozas estaba bueno, pero la masa estaba pasada de cocción, aportando una textura desagradable, que se deshacía.
