Best meal I've had in Huaraz! We went twice during our stay in the city, as the food did not disappoint.
We ordered the sopa criolla, lomo saltado and anticuchos. Plus, the natural infusions were such a nice touch ( cedrón was lovely for the stomach )
There was only one server, he was very attentive, always smiling and very friendly.
Sauces were great too, I would definitely eat there again!
A lovely spot with plenty of locals. We enjoyed the huancaina con lomo saltado with a delicious yellow pepper sauce over the spaghetti. The tacu tacu saltado was good too, however we found the rice a little too salty. Overall, still an excellent place to eat and good value.
The food was so good! 100% would come back. We had the classic aji de gallina and chaufa de quinoa with a spicy sauce. Both dishes were extremely flavorful. We also had a juice. Definitely hit our Peruvian craving taste buds. The waiter was friendly and the service was very fast.
