Simply put. Extraordinary culinary experience in the heart of Margarita. Special thanks to Francisco for his outstanding service.
The place is very nice, the pizza I ordered was excellent and beyond of my expectations, our server recommend the Carpaccio di Mare, the octopus was exceptional and the Linguini alla Nerano e Gamberetti were out of this world … the Bartender’s team ( Richard, Ibrahim and Roumaldo) were nice and super Knowledgeable about drinks )… but here is the upside down of this place, the Assistant Manager Juan couldn’t approach us to say hi because of a “Request” from previous days… we went 4 times to that restaurant in 3 days and for him not to come to us, to the Barra, after one person told him we were there it was indignant, obviously he does not care about customers… thanks to the rest of the team who are working really hard to keep it up!
The pizza here is too expensive, though tasty. Honestly, for that price it’s way too small because of the huge ring of plain dough that isn’t even covered with cheese. The toppings are only in the center, and there’s not much of them.
We also wanted to take the pizza home and asked for a box. It was a big surprise to learn that the box costs another $4.
Even if you don’t like the service, you still have to pay a 10% service charge. With this “golden” pizza they didn’t serve any sauce or anything else. Not even napkins — I used my own. So why pay 10% if the service lacked attention and no one warned that the “golden” box costs almost as much as the pizza? When customers have no choice about tipping, the staff simply don’t care.
We were also seated next to a very noisy group, despite the place being nearly empty. Even at a bar, people tend to be quieter.
Also a fact: you can’t get full from this. After a proper dinner, I ate half of the pizza and didn’t even feel it — the only thing I really felt was the moment of paying for such a questionable experience.
So: -1 star for the service and -1 star for the “golden” box 😤

This is an amazing place, from the food to the atmosphere, everything is amazing, what can I say about the service, only great things and a big effort to make recommendations to eat a lot better if that's possible. The place has a great feeling, you can let your kids to do they're own pizza. One of the best restaurants in the island, and when you see the check it's going to be a really nice news that is not expensive
This place was highly recommended by a number of very influential gastronomy owners however the service was a complete let down.
We arrived with 4 people and each ordered a starter and a main and drinks. The food that arrived was delicious but some starters were never served and drinks too but overall the food was exceptional.
We tried on many an occasion to flag the waiters down to try and find out where our missing items were but they kept on ignoring our hails.
I would have said that this was my best dining experience on Margarita Island with the best food quality but the service was just that unprofessional.
