The pizza is very good. One of the best in Guaratinguetá region. The dough is fermented naturally and the pizza is baked in a wood oven. There is a good variety of topings to choose. I chose the Biancaneve and it was delicious. The price is not cheap. However, is not that expensive, considering the quality of the pizza. So, if you are thinking about a pizza in the Guaratinguetá region, the Paestum is for sure a very good option.
Food took forever and waitstaff seemed to not care so much when we asked. Pizza was beautiful but the crust took almost a third of the whole dish (albeit this was the chef’s style as per the waiter). We ordered one strawberry margarita and it was not good, we sent it back and asked for it to be fixed and it was to a certain extent. Overall not an impressive experience at all.
Bit pricier for the type of food
