It’s architectural one of an example of South America. It’s in the September avenue with nice park. You can enjoy the view or visit inside out. You can’t missed the place there’s a big clock tower which you can see almost every road. When you reach there will be big avenue which you can rest and chill with nice view of cathedral. Go for it it’s a monumental place for Cochobamba
