Friendly staff, beautiful dining room, and excellent food - what more could you ask from your local fast-foodrestaurant? Right off I-45 in Tupelo, but I have overlooked it due to gluten issues. The server suggested a lettuce wrap, so I got a chicken club - and it's REALLY good. 😋 Another thing I like is the drink station where you can mix drinks - I mixed cherry coke with coke zero. 😁
Came in early was greated by both women in the front area. Both were very friendly. Order was taken exactly the way I asked, then read back to me to make sure it was correct since it was made special. The cook was also friendly was always smiling and made all food cooked to order. The food was very fresh and made exactly how it was ordered. The store was clean, will definitely be back.
This is just sad. The chicken is extremely small, it tastes burnt, and it's as hard as a rock. This was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had.

Normally enjoy what I get from Hardee's. It is usually one of my main go-to's when I need fast food. However, the store was not busy at all, at the speaker, I was met with an exasperated sigh, and the assembly of the food was subpar. On a positive note, the fries were hot and fresh.

When it comes to service, it all depends on who is standing at the counter, I have met 3 different ladies and 2 of them are great, that 3rd one .. no words. I have no idea how she still has her JOB !!! Trust me when I say, she is not there to help you or even give you enough attention to place your order.
