Sonic Drive-In

It was good to get service here. Many fast foods in Jackson, Tennessee employs young people who didn't get the customer service training in addition to their training but that didn't apply at the time of service rendered. I received good service and for that thanks. Food was fresh and awesome.

I normally go out of my way to go to this sonic based on their freshness. This time though was horrible. To start off I got a chicken sandwich. The bun was so stale i couldn’t bite into it. Then the corndog was split in half and spilling out grease when i took it out of the bag. Those two items together are almost $8. Back in the day when things were cheaper its easier to shrug these things off but now with how expensive things are its not worth the food quality. Im super bummed out over all of this.

Service was decent and the order was served correctly but not made correctly. Two of the three variations of wraps I ordered had little to no lettuce and one had so much I could barely reroll it after inspection. The lobby and the bathrooms were both surprisingly clean, especially for the location. The meat on my bacon cheeseburger was a little burnt and the bacon was basically a sprinkle. Not actually strips just crispy sprinkles.

Hello to you all this sonic is one of the worst if you don't know how to count you definitely will be short meaning your change. It's sad and happy hour means happy hour if someone ask for the happy hour special clarify that's what they want and make it happen. Change y'all gloves often and my bag when i get it shouldn't be socked with grease; these store managers today are definitely unprofessional at this location i was dinning in at this time and i clearly heard the manager cursing at staff. It's always good to fix your customers fresh food those hot dogs need to be cooked and the fresh cheese should be melted on those burgers.

They messed up my order, specifically told them everything fresh nd burger plain only lettuce. They put one fresh patty and one old patty and put everything on my burger and fries where not fresh. And manager try to argue with me about everything being fresh which I'm eating it so how would she know. She need to watch her workers and make sure they doing there job. 2Stars for drive thru, she was very generous!
