Anesia offered the best customer service! She smiled, was very friendly and appeared to be a very hard worker! You can definitely tell she is a team player just by watching how eager she was to help her co-workers!
Most of the time service is delivered well but recently the last few times we’ve come not only has the order been wrong but they have served us very old sour tea. I worked as a server for 6 years and it’s not that hard or costly to make a fresh batch of tea for lunch and for dinner, regardless of how busy you were/are. It’s either they are not or the urns are not being cleaned properly. I wouldn’t write this except I’ve called about it last time it happened and doesn’t seem like any changes have been made to the way they do things. Very disappointing. Just like anyone, they wouldnt want to pay for poor quality food/drinks either.

I just had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at the Bojangles in Florence, Alabama. The employee was shockingly rude and dismissive when I simply asked about my order — especially frustrating since the receipt machine wasn’t working and I had no way to confirm what I was being charged for. Instead of offering basic courtesy or clarity, I was met with unnecessary attitude and zero professionalism. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this location, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated here.

Beware! The 4 piece supreme is really three chicken nuggets and one tender as seen in photo. Biscuit was pretty good. Oh and the cashier could at least say “hello” instead of “what do you want”.
