Tim Hortons is a beloved Canadian coffee chain known for its signature premium-blend coffee, alongside a delightful selection of light meals, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. During my visit to one of their locations in Quebec, I was pleasantly surprised by the bilingual staff member who assisted me—an added bonus while exploring the region! However, I found the cheese bagels to be somewhat bland and dry. Additionally, it seemed that the cleanliness of the establishment could use some attention.

Nice Tim's, staff member that served me was bilingual which is always helpful while travelling through Quebec! Food I gave a 4 because cheese bagels were a little bland and dry.
This Tims was awful. The only saving grace was the lovely young lady that served my husband was trying to help. It was quiet obvious the guy making the bagel doesn't care about his work. Our order had to bright back it was put together so bad and missing an item. 2nd go exact same but still missing the other bagel. Just dealt with this mess of a bagel and finally got the third.
Had to wait 20 minutes for them not to give the right stuff. they are so disorganized it's insane. food's barely hot.

Reviews
Tim Hortons seems to have mixed reviews with some customers experiencing issues like missing items, poorly made food, slow service, and disorganization. However, there are positive notes about bilingual staff members in Quebec and a lovely server who tried to help despite the shortcomings. Some locations were criticized for burnt food, long wait times, unavailability of certain menu items like steeped tea, poor cleanliness, and technical issues like malfunctioning registers and weak wifi.
