KFC Yeppoon is a popular fast food restaurant chain renowned for its signature fried chicken, offered in generous buckets alongside combo meals and various sides. While the chips provided were overly salty, the attentive staff promptly replaced them with a fresh batch. The employees demonstrated great friendliness and efficiency in their service, even during busy closing hours. Notably, KFC Yeppoon stands out as one's preferred choice among all Kentucky Fried Chicken establishments in the Central Queensland region so far.

The staff and management are amazing. I have been in a lot lately and the service is amazing. You can also see how stressed the people are with having staffing issues.
This KFC used to be the best in the area by far, but over the past few months I’ve seen a service I love change into a service that is a pester to deal with. Lately staff seem lost and lazy.
Being told to park up at the front and wait for my order to be delivered to the car only to have no where to park and having to go back in to collect food anyway, missing burgers/drinks, getting other people’s orders, replacing missing chicken with small fries or popcorn chicken without being informed, long wait times, chips and chicken on floors in bathrooms and even had burnt chicken lately!! I’ve had friends talk to me about similar experiences I don’t know what has happened to this store but the best bet for good KFC would be Rockhampton.
I have never had kfc this bad. To call the chicken pieces dry is an understatement. I had one piece and gave the rest to my dogs. I feel guilty about that. The food i make them is far superior to the chicken kfc sold me today.
The chips tasted like they were cooked yesterday and then reheated.

Consider visiting during off-peak hours to avoid long wait times and potential service issues
If you encounter any problems with your order or experience dissatisfaction with the food quality, don't hesitate to address it with the management for resolution
For a potentially better dining experience based on recent reviews, consider trying other KFC locations like Rockhampton as an alternative

I ordered a Big Dinner, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The chicken and fries were extremely salty to the point of being inedible. I specifically asked for all legs, but only received 2 legs out of 8 pieces. The other pieces were very dry and chewy, and my daughter couldn’t even swallow them. I ended up throwing most of the meal away and had to get something else to eat.
This is the third time I’ve received food from this store that was overly salty. It’s unhealthy and not acceptable, as the food should be enjoyable and edible.
The food may be good bad at what cost, they stand around while there's a store full of customers, I heard a nother of a crying baby has been waiting over 40 minutes. At this point it's a joke
