Great pizza shop. The girl on the register, her name might have been Alli, was super friendly and clearly had years of experience in taking orders for pizzas and then subsequently making the aforementioned pizzas. The other British lady, Laura was equally as nice and only enhanced the atmosphere of the shop.

The location of the restaurant is near reach to activitu centre. The service was good, however, the food is not a great value for money.
Overall a decent review.
Absolutely the worst spaghetti bolognese I have ever had. I thought they accidentally gave me a kid's meal, with barely any sauce and half cup of water at the bottom of the bowl. Went back to the counter to show them my food and a grumpy man behind the counter very rudely responded that it was not water but tomato sauce. He said he never uses water, just sauce from the can. The spaghetti cost $22 LOL. Pizza was quite bland but would probably appeal to kids. Definitely not worth what they were charging. Go to the pub upstairs to get a meal. That should have been a dead giveaway to avoid this place (there were no local customers).

Visit during off-peak hours to avoid long wait times
Consider trying the Meat Lovers pizza which is particularly praised for its authentic taste
If ordering takeout or delivery, expect warm and fresh but slightly overpriced options
Reviews
Alfresco Pizzeria, located near an activity center, has received mixed reviews. While some customers praised the friendly service and perfectly cooked pizzas with thin and crispy crusts, others were disappointed by the value for money and quality of dishes like spaghetti bolognese. The staff members have been described as both incredibly rude and super friendly, contributing to a varied dining experience. Despite some hiccups in service efficiency and food quality inconsistencies, many patrons appreciated the effort put into making delicious pizzas under busy conditions.

Terrible service. Employees sitting around talking whilst we waited to order. Spaghetti bol was watery and just all around terrible. We couldn’t eat it. Garlic bread and supreme pizza were average. It just felt like rushed food with no effort.
We ordered Monday night and it was great pizza but there was a different cook tonight.
Got take away pizza because all the other restaurants were fully booked. It was not bad, warm, lots of toppings. The small size is quite small, but thick. It was warm and fresh, a little overpriced but just like everything else in this town
