With a long corridor and impressive private rooms, the restaurant is quite spacious, but in a good way, it feels homey and intimate!

The course, which is filled with a sense of the season from start to finish, kicks off with a peach with white sesame sauce! It's white sesame sauce, but it's refreshingly served with sweet and sour jelly.
It's often said that making sushi in the summer is difficult, but this dish skillfully uses seasonal ingredients to create a satisfying and satisfying dish!

もともと焼き鳥が有名な久留米で50年程続く老舗のお鮨屋さん!
店内も店構え同様落ち着きがあり立派な白木のカウンターがお出迎え!奥の窓から見えるお庭は季節を感じさせる。なんと清々しいこと!
ながーい廊下と立派な個室もあり、なかなか広めの店内だがいい意味で広さを感じさせないアットホームな雰囲気!
聞くところによると個室はよくお医者さん達が接待や宴会をやるそう!
終始季節感溢れるコースのスタートを飾るのは桃の白和え!白和えだが甘酸っぱいゼリーと一緒にさっぱりいただく。
夏のお鮨は難しいとよく言うが旬の食材を上手に使って飽きのこない強弱のある内容だった!
刺身では天草の赤雲丹が!濃厚で余韻が素晴らしい!
最初の握りは槍烏賊!飾り包丁で見た目も綺麗なこと!
シャリは白酢?の甘さが絶妙!濃厚なネタに負けないようにしっかり程よく塩味も感じられお酒と合わせたくなる握りのイメージだった!結構シャリコマなのでたくさん食べたい人はリクエストしてもいいかも!
車海老はすこーし火を入れた霜降りという調理方法を選べたり冷静茶碗蒸しはモロヘイヤを合わせていたり他には無い組み合わせや調理方法がとても面白かった!
