About

Ballard Park is a vast green space in Tupelo, covering over 153 acres and featuring various amenities. Visitors can explore the 2.75-mile trail for hiking or biking, as well as a cross-country trail. The park offers athletic fields, a disc golf course, and a skate park for recreational activities. Families with children can take advantage of the playgrounds while adults enjoy sand volleyball courts. Additionally, there is a 3-acre lake where visitors can relax and feed the ducks.

Very pleased with the new updates to Ballard Park! The playground is phenomenal and very inclusive. We also love to see the Christmas lights on the walk path every year. Definitely a great spot for the family.
The play are is nice because it's in the shade. Swing sets are newish. The picnic tables are falling apart though and the thing that bumped it from 4 to 3 was the bathroom. Even if it wasn't 85 and hot and sweaty. They are dirty, rusty, crumbling and not kept. Plus side the running water....everyone appreciates a flushing toilet.
I love it here. This is my go to relax spot where I can just enjoy the scenery, eat lunch, feed the ducks or whatever. It's refreshing if you have nothing to do but wanna get out of the house. It has plenty of restrooms to use as well as a couple of playgrounds for kids to run around.

Such a beautiful park located in Tupelo,MS . Great views with a huge playground for the children. Nice performance stage, and still doing construction to expand some areas.

My 9-year-old grandson played in a soccer tournament here. It was a nice venue. My six-year-old grandson loved the playground.
