I love it! I love it has a Bath and Body Works. Bath and Body Works always has the best sales! JCPenny is always a relaxing peaceful store to go through. Great sales on shoes for sure!!!
I'm not use to a mall like this one. I was surprised to find out it's a mall
In comparison it's small, but it has great potential!. There's a variety of stores, mostly clothing but also with some lovely surprises, like Bealls. During the Christmas holidays last year there was a great little event held inside the mall. My daughter, 1 of my grandsons & I enjoyed the time we spent looking at everything
Found some wonderful, unique items, reasonably priced ,& best of all was everything was made by hand ( even childrens). I wonder if they do anything around Halloween? Each store could participate and have a small event(craft fair) as well?
Not disappointed just not use to something so small and the layout.
The mall is a joke it used to be pretty cool until all the shops started closing down and moving out. The parking lot is full of pot holes that will ruin your car.

Visit during weekdays for potentially less crowded experiences
Check out Bealls for good prices on items you may need
Keep an eye out for any mysterious objects in the sky as mentioned by one reviewer
Consider smaller vehicles when navigating the parking lot due to narrow spaces
Reviews
The Roswell Mall seems to have mixed reviews, with some visitors finding it disappointing due to its emptiness and lack of modern stores. However, others appreciate the convenience of finding items they need at places like Bealls. Some mention mysterious sightings in the sky nearby, adding a touch of intrigue to the mall experience. Despite criticisms about parking lot painting and narrow spaces for larger vehicles, there are still positive notes about having a place to hang out in this small town.

Hardly a mall at all. There isn’t much to shop in here, most of everything is closed. Kim’s Kitchen is good and you can get some decent shoes, but that’s about it unless you need overpriced clothes or furniture. The parking lot is absolutely TERRIBLE! The north entrances off Pine Lodge are like a minefield, parking lines in most of the lot are faded and it’s just not worth driving into anyway.
Decent sized mall if you're looking to avoid huge crowds. Stay away from the independent sellers in the middle they are all scammers. I know from dealing with them the last time I went, candy lady overcharged my 7 year old 3 candies for $9 and didn't want to give the change from a $10 claims she had no change. Toy guy $35 for a $10 toy. Shameful.
