Definitely recommended for all except vegetarians.
The staff were take care to the customers, friendly, servants, and helpful. The place is street restaurant so it may not be too comfortable, the ladder for second floor was very hard to climb.
The adress is very close to traditional bazaar, Balıklıgöl, The prophet Abraham's birthplace, and the Citadel of Urfa.
We went for dinner and it was good, good flavour and good service. Livers and meat were in our top 5 of what we have tasted in the area. The chicken was so-so. Prices are average in the area, a dish of chicken or livers are about 50LT. The Ayran was soft. Good place for a quick and good meal or dinner.
Fast service, quickly arranged place for our big group, brought our order with no mistakes, taste of liver was good.

We ordered two portions: kidneys and liver. It was quite good. The meat comes on thin bread, lavaş, with parsley, mint, spicy peppers, raw onion and cooked onion. If you need more, they can bring. We also ordered ayran.
About the food, it was quite good. Prices are not so high, but as we talk about cheaper products, I think they should be lower. Ayran is a must, epecially when you decide to eat spicy pepper.
About the waiters. They bring food in their hands, so I am not sure about the hygiene of this service. They also mixed our order.
Still I think this place is worth visiting and trying.
