Lovely place to be during the daytime time. They have everything you need. From reading, video games, chest, audio books, puzzles, and school programs that kids enjoying and love. Vest place my kids enjoy during out stay in Mt. Gambier.
Today staff were helpful, polite, friendly, courteous.
I have been going to the library since it opened. It was once a place the town could be proud of. I have tried to speak to the manager many times to make suggestions and get involved, but I am told she is either working from home or on holidays, she never seems to be there. Even when there was no manager, the team had spark. The library has lost it's shine, looking shabby and become hum drum, seeming to just copy what other libraries do when once it lead the way.

Went to the library to get some papers signed by the JP. I know that a JP's are volunteers but I don't think that is a justification to be rude, very crtical and unhelpful. The librarian who was very helpful suggested we go across the road to the member of parliament JP. Went there and that JP was very helpful and we got everything signed. I believe that this particular JP gives the libaray a bad reputation. Particularly as there was another customer waiting for JP service at the library who has attempted to get documentation signed three times.
