I was very happy with the amazing customer service by a plus size lady. She was run off her feet with a line up of orders but was friendly and polite the whole time. My hot honey chicken was swimming in sauce but the chicken itself was falling off the bone and cooked to perfection for a takeaway outlet. Amazing customer service and food.

Foods heaps better than it used to be. Service is still ultra slow even when there isn't many customers. Not sure why. Place could do with a brighten up.

I believe you can do better than this. The fried chicken with chips should be crispy and juicy, but recently I can only get the soggy and dry chicken and chips. Please keep trying til the crispy chicken back to us.

Pretty good for a RR. Ordered 4 box meals, one came with the smallest piece of chicken ever. Burgers not too bad. Edit: Thanks for the response RRPR team. My suggestion would be this, given it is a chicken joint after all... if the piece of chicken is too small due to all those reasons you listed, why not just pop another piece in? Otherwise it feels like 'ah well, too bad, better luck next time". I prefer not to gamble/ leave it to chance if I get what I ordered or not.
