Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Knowledgeable tour staff. The tours are rolling, so you join in when you arrive and finish where you start, so no waiting for the next tour. Watching all the fish being fed was great. The food and drinks were very tasty. Best sausage roll ever!
Very informative tour conducted by (Sini/Siri??). He was not only very knowledgeable but also entertaining. The best part of this place is its dog friendly, and as hubby and I are travelling full time for 3 months its very hard to be able to enjoy experiences together, so we were very grateful to be able to take our 2 mini schnauzers. Also the coffee at the Cafe afterwards was good too!

We’ve been visiting Ocean Park every September for the past four years, but this year was by far the best! Our tour guide, Joanna, was fantastic—so knowledgeable, engaging, and wonderful with the children. She made the whole experience fun and never rushed. We also loved the change from hourly tours to continuous tours—it made everything feel much more relaxed. A great improvement by management!

Great place! Friendly staff who were very helpful to inform us about the aquarium your and alittle bit more about the 4WD tours, the latter will hopefully be on the next holiday agenda in the future but the aquarium tour was very informative and interesting to see the animals displayed. The lunch menu was pretty tasty: beef burger and lemon pepper squid 😋
