Jack in the Box

Just ordered through the drive-trhough. Ordered a Build Your Own Ultimate Munchies with an Ultimate Cheeseburger, 4 tacos and a large drink and then an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and a medium fries. When I got to the pick up windows and paid for my order I found out they charged me for the T-Pain Munchie Meal, 2 tacos, and my bacon cheeseburger and fries. I tried to tell the person that my order was wrong but he had trouble understanding me as English is not his native language. I had to show him his own website and point to what I ordered. Then I asked him to make sure that my Ultimate Bacon cheeseburger was plain and dry. No mustard no ketchup no pickles. Just burger cheese and bacon. He said OK. Waited another 3 minutes at the pickup window then he told me to park in front to wait for my order. 15 minutes later he brought me 1 bag. I asked him where the other half of my order was. He said "Oh." I checked the bag he gave me and it was incorrect. There was a Ultimate burger, curly fries and 2 tacos. I told him when he came back out that it should be burger and 4 tacos. He took the bag back inside as he handed my my 2nd burger. Which was completely wrong. I ordered it plain and dry. This had everything on it. So I followed him in explaining what plain and dry means. No mustard no mayo no ketchup no pickles. Just meat and cheese and bacon. He looked at me like he never heard about anyone ever ordering like this. He asked his cook to remake the burger. I get home and hand my mother her Munchies order. Her burger is plain and dry with just a little bit of mustard and ketchup on the bun. The tacos were swimming in burnt grease. Half the taco shells were wet and darker brown than the top of the tacos. Completely inedible. The sign on the door says they are Under New Management. But if you don't speak Spanish I would highly recommend you avoid this restaurant at all costs.
