Came here by chance while exploring Cuenca. As late afternoon only two other tables had clients on the sun-drenched balcony, which is an attractive feature. Ordered conchas asadas (grilled blood clams or cockles). They were overcooked and chewy. Fortunately credit cards accepted, but snooty cashier, perhaps because 15 minutes past closing time.

Oro Mar is a restaurant that is located in Cuenca. There are tradicional Foods from the coast. All the dishes are fresh and delicious, but its Best dish is an encebollado that is also cheap. Their prices are moderate. It’s a excelent place!
