Fui comprar meu suco na franquia Mini Kalzone, pedi o suco uma das atendente, ela me comunicou que estava sem um especiaria do suco que é Hortelã e eu aceitei mesmo assim. Pedi o suco funcional de 700ml pensei que seria R$9,00 a atende pensou o mesmo que eu e outras duas atendentes começaram a falar alto que não, pois o valor era ( R$12,00) mesmo não tendo o hortelã eu mão reclamei e mesmo couve sendo verdura não uma fruta não e mesmo assim elas continuaram falando alto. Ou seja paguei os R$12,00 mas quem diz que eu volto lá ???? não volto sabe porque sou cliente não mereço passar por isso e sendo estudante de Publicidade e Propaganda é uma pouca vergonha uma empresa tão boa não escolher os colaboradores certos! Observação: Suco estava aguado, sem gelo e com atendimento ruim. Não estou reclamando do preço sim do ATENDIMENTO.
