Had a great experience here! Food was hot and delicious. Restaurant and restroom were spotless. Chloe was nice and sweet. I didn’t get the cooks name but he did an awesome job. I had the Western Bacon burger and my husband had a Double Sourdough Bacon cheeseburger. Waffle fries were hot also.
They didn’t have fry sauce or ketchup… what? I had to laugh cuz what fast food restaurant in Idaho doesn’t have fry sauce or ketchup LOL. So we had ranch and bbq sauce instead, and I think I liked it better!
I went through the drive through and there was some miscommunication during the order so when I came back a few minutes later Sebastian took great care of me. Was VERY polite, so friendly and took care of the issue efficiently, and professionally. Very happy with the overall service. Sebastian should be a trainer for how all Carl’s Jr employees should greet/treat customers.
Went here for lunch, the staff was beyond amazing, fast friendly. The general manager michael, had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Definitely will be back

In my opinion, this is the Carls Jr that should have been shut down, not the one on 17th. The staff is SO rude every time I’ve come here. They tried to charge me full price for a cup of water, every other Carl’s Jr. that I’ve been to that does two for five biscuits will let you substitute bacon for sausage, this one refuses, customer service is very much not their strong suit and their food is subpar. The biscuits were so hard I couldn’t eat them and the hasbrowns were cold. Just do yourself a favor and don’t come here.
This location is in Idaho Falls. The service was sub par. It was slow. The tables were dirty. There were no napkins available. Half of the soda dispensers in the soda machine are empty. The bathroom was not very clean. The food was alright. Overall I'm disappointed and I probably won't go back again unless there is no other choice. The main reason I went to much there was because Wendy's is closed.
