Nando's Springvale

My experience at this takeaway was disappointing. Despite ordering for 7:45pm pickup and arriving early at 7:42pm, my order wasn't ready. i asked the worker about my order and i was told it wasnt ready. More than 10 mins after, i ask another worker and but the staff couldn’t locate my order initially just said “someone must have taken it”. Staff told me they’re cooking so wait for another 5 mins, that was already 8:16pm, at 8:26pm I asked about my order and another staff offered to give me the take away food that was sitting there for nearly 1 hour as the staff stated it was the same order(must have been swapped )but different Name, I declined to accept it and the staff disappointment face shows but i wont accept food thats already cold. I only received my order at 8:36pm which was nearly an hour from when i arrived to this place. This was my second worst experience. I understand the challenges people experience everyday but dont offer me cold and not freshly cooked chicken to replace the fresh warm one I would like to have. Not nice. I still like your chicken though.
