When I saw all the newest reviews I'm kinda scared to eat here but I already ordered and when the food finally on my table it looks just like what they show you on the menu. Me and my partner immediately eating the food before taking pictures. The taste and food temperature is 7.9/10 but the price is a little bit too expensive compared to the serving size.
1 . The plates where we supposed to eat is baby sized
2 table 4 has dirty plates is not attended entire time we were there that is about hr and a half
3 chairs and tabes were all filthy. Never saw cleaner for months I suppose
4. The attitude we were getting from the staff is very bad.

My experience at this takeaway was disappointing. Despite ordering for 7:45pm pickup and arriving early at 7:42pm, my order wasn't ready. i asked the worker about my order and i was told it wasnt ready. More than 10 mins after, i ask another worker and but the staff couldn’t locate my order initially just said “someone must have taken it”. Staff told me they’re cooking so wait for another 5 mins, that was already 8:16pm, at 8:26pm I asked about my order and another staff offered to give me the take away food that was sitting there for nearly 1 hour as the staff stated it was the same order(must have been swapped )but different Name, I declined to accept it and the staff disappointment face shows but i wont accept food thats already cold. I only received my order at 8:36pm which was nearly an hour from when i arrived to this place.
This was my second worst experience.
I understand the challenges people experience everyday but dont offer me cold and not freshly cooked chicken to replace the fresh warm one I would like to have. Not nice. I still like your chicken though.

My experience with my order tonight:
- The 3rd times they did not put the dressing for my Garden salad. Very annoying.
- I always put the note on my online order with NO SALT on my sweet potato chips, but everytime, they still never look at the note before they cooked. Always salty.
- I worked at many fish and chips shops for many years, so I know when the chips are overcooked or refried again. My chips were refried chips, not freshly cooked chips. Maybe after the staff there recognised my note, so they tried to get rid of the salt by put them into the fryer again, but it did not work. Looked terrible, tasted oily and still salty.
You better check your order before you leave. I did not check the salad, only checked the chips and realized they were salted. But I still left bc I dont wanna make a scence there. Next time I will !!!!
I was here with my friends to have a late-night dinner. It was 1 hour before closing time and it took us a while to place our order. I utilized my Nando's perks voucher for this order and still, I think it was expensive. The burger alone cost me $13 which I believe was not at all worth. I ordered a 1/4 chicken and they informed me later that they are out of chicken. Can you believe, it's like KFC is saying we are out of chicken. They should have checked their stock before taking my order and finally, they have given me some hot wings, leftovers I guess. This outlet has good parking and is located near to all other fast-food chains.
