I quickly walked inside and sat down at an empty tatami room lined with bright red round tables.

山形県情報誌の町中華特集で目に留まった当店へと赴くことに。昼時でもあるし、相当に混みあっているのではという思いでお店へと到着。
車通りある道路沿いにあるお店ながら、鮮やかな看板が一枚掲げられているものの、幟もない、暖簾もない、あるのは扉へと続くマットだけ。一見、営業しているのかどうかも分かりづらい微妙な様。
中へ入れば、お客さんが誰も入っていない…。寡黙そうな親父さんがカウンター越しから顔を出して出迎えてくれた。
そそくさと中へと入り、空いている真赤な丸テーブルが並ぶお座敷に座ります。
さて、雑誌に掲載されていた【酢豚定食】と【麻婆豆腐定食】、追加で【餃子】をお願いしました。
【酢豚定食】
定食には、ライス（皿）、サラダ、沢庵、中華スープが添えられています。メインの酢豚は、中皿の上に盛られており、玉ネギ、ピーマンらと一緒に、棒状にカットされた豚肉があります。定食での皿飯というのも今では珍しくて意外。
酢豚と言えばブロック型の豚肉が印象的でしたが、この棒状とは斬新ですね。箸で持つ分には食べやすくはあり、とんかつのように豚肉の残りが一目で把握できますね。
甘じょっぱいとろみに、ご飯がすすみます。オーソドックスな酢豚であるとともに、サクサクと食せる酢豚も美味なり。最後の残ったとろみは、沢庵で拭き取りつつ、きれいに頂きました。
締めのスープも美味しかったです。
【麻婆豆腐定食】
酢豚よりも大きめの器にたっぷりとある麻婆豆腐。味わい良く、辛みはなく、奥にまろやかな味わいがあって、とても食べやすくあります。豆腐もどっさりで、食べがいがあります。これをそのまま、ご飯の上にかけて、麻婆丼にして食したい感じです。
【餃子】
身がぎっしりあるぷりっとした形が整った手作り餃子。ニンニク入りのオーソドックスな、飽きのこないやつ。酢醤油や、酢豚のとろみをつけて頂きました。
私らが食している間でも、後客は２名ほど。美味しいのに、営業しているのかどうかわかりづらいところが、客入りがスローな要因なのでしょうか。それでも、お店のペースでは、こうしたゆっくりとした空気感がイイのかも。

2025年9月の祝日お昼時、他店が混んでたから、空いてそうなコチラへ久しぶりに訪問しました。
先客2組4人ほど、誰も座ってないカウンター席にて 麻婆ラーメン800円を頂きました。
前回 海老あんかけ焼きそばを食べて、あんに苦手な甘さを感じたから訪問が遠のいてましたが、麻婆ラーメンは完食完飲出来ました。
麻婆豆腐の一口目は、少し甘さを感じて またか！と最初は思ったけど、食べ進めるとスープに馴染んできて、気づいたらペロリと平らげてました。
次回 訪問する機会があれば酢豚定食を食べてみようかな！
平日のお昼時はサラリーマンとかで混むのかもしれませんが、休日はけっこう穴場のお店だと思います。

令和５年８月土曜日夜訪問。ご飯売り切れとの事で、香り薫るつけめんＸＯ醤仕立て１，０００円税込、大盛１００円税込注文。麺の上に冷やし中華風に細切りされた具がのっていて麺とからめて食べやすいし、つけ汁が、一口目の印象が甘酸っぱ辛い旨いみたいなインパクトのある熱々のつけ汁で、最近食べたつけ麺の中で一番美味かったです。割りスープは無いけど、麺を食べ終わったあと、ちびちび完飲してしまえる感じでした。

I decided to visit our restaurant, which caught my eye in the Yamagata Prefecture information magazine's town Chinese special feature. Since it was lunch time, I arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be quite crowded.
Although the shop is located along a busy road, there is a bright signboard, but there are no banners or curtains, just a mat leading to the door. At first glance, it seems like it's hard to tell if it's open or not.
When I went inside, there were no customers inside... A quiet-looking father peeked out from behind the counter and greeted us.
I quickly walked inside and sat down at an empty tatami room lined with bright red round tables.
Well, I ordered the [Sweet and Sweet Pork Set Meal] and [Mapo Tofu Set Meal] that were published in the magazine, and also [Gyoza].
[Sweet and sour pork set meal]
The set meal comes with rice (plate), salad, takuan, and Chinese soup. The main dish, sweet and sour pork, is served on a medium plate, with pork cut into sticks along with onions and green peppers. It is surprising that plated rice for set meals is rare these days.
When I think of sweet and sour pork, the block-shaped pork is impressive, but this stick-shaped pork is very innovative. It's easy to eat when you hold it with chopsticks, and you can tell at a glance how much pork is left, just like with tonkatsu.
The sweet and salty taste goes well with rice. In addition to being an orthodox sweet and sour pork, the crispy sweet and sour pork is also delicious. I used takuan to wipe off the last remaining goo and served it cleanly.

Mapo tofu served in a bowl larger than sweet and sour pork. It has a good taste, is not spicy, has a mellow taste, and is very easy to eat. The tofu is also very filling, making it worth eating. I would like to eat this as is, by pouring it over rice and making it into a mapo bowl.

山形県情報誌の町中華特集で目に留まった当店へと赴くことに。昼時でもあるし、相当に混みあっているのではという思いでお店へと到着。
車通りある道路沿いにあるお店ながら、鮮やかな看板が一枚掲げられているものの、幟もない、暖簾もない、あるのは扉へと続くマットだけ。一見、営業しているのかどうかも分かりづらい微妙な様。
中へ入れば、お客さんが誰も入っていない…。寡黙そうな親父さんがカウンター越しから顔を出して出迎えてくれた。
そそくさと中へと入り、空いている真赤な丸テーブルが並ぶお座敷に座ります。
さて、雑誌に掲載されていた【酢豚定食】と【麻婆豆腐定食】、追加で【餃子】をお願いしました。
【酢豚定食】
定食には、ライス（皿）、サラダ、沢庵、中華スープが添えられています。メインの酢豚は、中皿の上に盛られており、玉ネギ、ピーマンらと一緒に、棒状にカットされた豚肉があります。定食での皿飯というのも今では珍しくて意外。
酢豚と言えばブロック型の豚肉が印象的でしたが、この棒状とは斬新ですね。箸で持つ分には食べやすくはあり、とんかつのように豚肉の残りが一目で把握できますね。
甘じょっぱいとろみに、ご飯がすすみます。オーソドックスな酢豚であるとともに、サクサクと食せる酢豚も美味なり。最後の残ったとろみは、沢庵で拭き取りつつ、きれいに頂きました。
締めのスープも美味しかったです。
【麻婆豆腐定食】
酢豚よりも大きめの器にたっぷりとある麻婆豆腐。味わい良く、辛みはなく、奥にまろやかな味わいがあって、とても食べやすくあります。豆腐もどっさりで、食べがいがあります。これをそのまま、ご飯の上にかけて、麻婆丼にして食したい感じです。
【餃子】
身がぎっしりあるぷりっとした形が整った手作り餃子。ニンニク入りのオーソドックスな、飽きのこないやつ。酢醤油や、酢豚のとろみをつけて頂きました。
私らが食している間でも、後客は２名ほど。美味しいのに、営業しているのかどうかわかりづらいところが、客入りがスローな要因なのでしょうか。それでも、お店のペースでは、こうしたゆっくりとした空気感がイイのかも。
お腹いっぱいになりました。

2025年9月の祝日お昼時、他店が混んでたから、空いてそうなコチラへ久しぶりに訪問しました。
先客2組4人ほど、誰も座ってないカウンター席にて 麻婆ラーメン800円を頂きました。
前回 海老あんかけ焼きそばを食べて、あんに苦手な甘さを感じたから訪問が遠のいてましたが、麻婆ラーメンは完食完飲出来ました。
麻婆豆腐の一口目は、少し甘さを感じて またか！と最初は思ったけど、食べ進めるとスープに馴染んできて、気づいたらペロリと平らげてました。
次回 訪問する機会があれば酢豚定食を食べてみようかな！
平日のお昼時はサラリーマンとかで混むのかもしれませんが、休日はけっこう穴場のお店だと思います。
