チャーシューたくさん入っていますが、具材がそれだけみたいに思える程に他が見当たりません。
小松菜?2切れ、みじん切りネギ、卵かな??
色が黒いのは味付けがオイスターソース?チャーシューの煮汁?かなり濃い目の味付けで、喉が渇きます。

ランチのお店を探していて駅近くで見つけました。
外のメニュー看板には料理が沢山載っていて価格も安いです。
入口の間口狭いですが店内は奥行きも合って広いです。
スタッフは中国の方の様で、何を言っているのか良く分かりません。
水はセルフサービスとの事で奥の厨房の方に機械が置いて有ります。
ランチ飲み物も100円で同じ場所でセルフの様です。
席は半個室の様なスタイルで4人掛けのテーブルに案内されます。
メニューが沢山あるので迷いますが、【日替り 硬めエビ焼きそば 550円】と餃子300円を注文します。
先に熱々の豆腐と玉子のスープが届きます。
薄味でとろみが付いていて美味しいです。
エビ硬焼きそばは、エビ6尾と白菜等の野菜、キクラゲも入った具沢山の塩味でお酢を掛けて頂きます。
私が良く行くお店では890円、そのお店とクオリティは負けていません。
日替りでお安くてお得でした。
私好みの味付で美味しいです。
餃子は羽根付きの見た目も食欲そそります。
餡も中身タップリで羽のパリパリも美味しいです。
店名に有るように【餃子酒場】餃子は何種類も有って価格も高くないので次回は違うのを食べてみたいです。
通常300円ですが、ランチタイムでは200円と安くなる様です。
挨拶無し、料理も無言で提供、何を言っているのか分からない、不愛想等スタッフへの気になる事も多々有りますが、次回はそう言うお店だと分かって行く事が出来るので腹も立たないでしょう(笑)
