Bed is comfortable and view is lush greenery, pillow are comfy, sheets feels good and very clean. Towels are thick. Room is spacious and bathroom too. Swimming pool is clean. 20 minutes by walk to the Walking Street. Breakfast is good, coffee is super hot. Very affordable as well.

Hotel is a bit outside of Pai, but it offers a free shuttle service into the center and back which is nice, becauce we did not find a way to walk there. Due to it's location it was quiet at night (despite the crickets), which was ideal for us but could be less nice if you are here for partying. There is a pool and two small whirlpools with a view into the nature which we enjoyed as much as the breakfast buffet. Also, stuff was very nice.

Location & Ambience: Tucked just a few minutes’ drive from Pai center, Yoma Hotel balances peace and convenience. It’s far enough to escape the buzz, yet close enough that town is easily reachable. Great mountain views especially at sunrise. Rooms & Comfort: Spacious, well-designed rooms with good amenities—balconies with views, premium bedding, air conditioning, safe, fridge, coffee/tea maker, etc. Some guests note beds are a bit firm. Pool & Grounds: Outdoor pool is a highlight—refreshing and well-maintained. Lovely garden / green space around, peaceful for lounging. Service & Staff: Friendly, helpful, polite staff. Many stayers comment how staff go the extra mile. Breakfast & Dining: Breakfast gets strong praise—good variety, fresh items. Restaurant sufficient for casual meals. Room service available. Amenities & Extras: Free WiFi, free shuttle to town/airport (within specific hours), free parking, laundry/dry cleaning, bike rental, tour ticket assistance, front desk safe, terrace/library. Value: Rated high for value—amenities & quality deliver more than what many pay for (especially staying a little outside the center). Things to Note: Some rooms/views are much better than others, so requesting a balcony or view helps. Bed firmness may not suit everyone. Shuttle hours may be limited so check schedule. Overall Verdict: Yoma Hotel offers a very solid 5-star experience in Pai for those who want comfort, good service, strong amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that’s not right in the loudest part of town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yoma Hotel! The place is quiet and the breakfast is buffet style with both Eastern and Thai options. They don’t really have bar/restaurant apart then for breakfast but Pai city centre is 15 min walk or 3 min by motorbike. Everything was clean and well organised, lovely stuff working there. We also tried the pool and the jacuzzi, both great with amazing views. We would come back if we ever decide to return to Pai.

Top class! Pick-up service at the bus stop and drop-off service to the bus stop and Walking Street. The staff are nice and kind. There’s a great variety of Western and Thai breakfast options. Highly recommend the mountain view room!
